Monopoly can also be included in the category of house building games. This board game can be played in maixmum 5 players - 1 player is the banker on the other four are on the board. The goal of this game is to buy properties, lands and use them in your business to make your competitors go bankrupt. One way of doing this is to build houses on your properties and finaly a hotel. Building houses on the properties makes the rent go up and when other players visit it you can take them for a lot of money. The highest rent is for a hotel but you need to build four houses before you can do that.
