Every town, City and country has a planning department to pass new plans and maps. On one hand this department has a very important job at its hands but on the other they also have a very profitable one. If you visit the department to get permission for your project you will be surprised at the number of mistakes they will point out in your project. Not only will they make it impossible for your application to be processed but they will also compel you to hire a Permit Expeditor to assist you. This is yet another way of creating hazards and benefitting illegally.
